ASTCA eBill Now Available
Our eBill platform is now online. Customers who wish to set up online viewing of their bill must come to our office to sign up. You can sign up at either our Fagatogo or Nu'uuli Business Offices. Customers using eBill will no longer receive a paper copy.

Reminder To Pay Bills
ASTCA reminds customers to pay their bills by the 25th of the month to avoid disconnection. If your service was disconnected for nonpayment, please go to our Fagatogo Business Office and speak with our Credit & Collections or call us at 633-1126.

ASTCA Long Distance provides competitive long distance rates through its carrier agreements.

ASTCA Long Distance services are available as a direct dial option on your postpaid phone or you can take advantage of our Prepaid Long Distance product, the Pasefika Card. Save money and control costs by switching to our Prepaid Long Distance cards and avoid the end of the month surprise of a large bill.

ASTCA is also in the process of improving our Long Distance Service by increasing the available trunks for long distance connections.
